Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- UK Standard: 3-5 business days
- UK Express: 1-2 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your IMPRV pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at Justin@imprv.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a returns authorization and instructions
- Pack your items securely and send them back to us
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
